Replacement policy:
1 - Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.
2 - The condition for exchanging the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
1 - If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.
2 - If the product consists of videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that have been used.
3 - If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a work of literature.
4 - If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
5 - If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or food services.
6 - If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products online.

Return Policy:
1 - Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to do so after the seven days have passed.
2 - The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3 - The consumer shall bear the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
4- The product to be returned must not be opened if it is classified as a professional tool and is in its original packaging, even if it arrived incorrectly to the customer, and the consumer will be compensated.

Compensation policy:
The customer is compensated with a discount coupon for the number of days of delay on products that are specially designed (embroidery - printing - acrylic laser).
1- No compensation will be provided if the customer has been previously notified of a problem with the device that is beyond our control.
2- The compensation only covers the working days from Sunday to Thursday and does not include Friday, Saturday and official holidays (such as holidays).
3- The maximum amount for compensation for delay is 50 riyals.
4- The duration and amount can be changed by the store management after reviewing the situation.
5- The compensation schedule starts after the third day (on the fourth day) with a discount coupon worth 10 riyals
6- The compensation covers only the delay in preparing and shipping the product and does not include the time it takes to ship the product or receive it from the delivery company.
Golden Guarantee:
1- If you do not like the product, you can return it and get a full refund (only for specific products advertised on social media).
2- The golden guarantee is valid for 3 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company only.
3- The product must be in good condition
4- The local return policy fee is 25 riyals, and the international fee varies depending on the country.
5- The refund will be processed within 3-21 business days.
